Barbara Wilson May 26, 1953 — April 7, 2001 Barbara E. Wilson, 47, of rural Peotone died April 7, 2001, at her home. She was born May 26, 1953, in Harvey. She was employed at American Cylinder of Peotone and was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Peotone. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Jerome D. Wilson, whom she married on June 5, 1975, in Dolton; one son, Jerome Wilson of Peotone; two daughters, Sandy Wilson and Susan Wilson, both of Peotone; her parents, Howard and Viola Steinhauer Luecht of Riverdale; a brother, Tom Luecht of Riverdale; and two sisters, Linda (Stach) Stanzior of Lansing and Diane (Joe) O'Rourke of St. John, Ind. The funeral was conducted April 10 at Fedde-Helfrich Chapel. The Rev. David McDonald officiated. Burial was in Peotone Cemetery.
